Privacy Policy

What we collect

Only what you type into an enquiry form: your name, phone number, email address, the suburb of the property, the type of work you are enquiring about, and your message. We do not ask for anything else, and there is no account to create.

Why we collect it and what we do with it

To answer your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to quote and carry out the work. Your enquiry reaches us as an email. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking you first.

Who else handles it

Two service providers sit between you and us, and each only handles what is needed to deliver the website and the email:

• Vercel, who host this website. As with any web host, their servers keep standard technical logs, which include the IP addresses of visitors.
• Resend, who deliver the enquiry email to us.

Some of these providers run servers outside Australia, so your enquiry may pass through systems overseas on its way to us.

Tracking and cookies

This website does not currently run analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies, and it sets no cookies of its own. If that changes we will update this page and name what is running.

Seeing, correcting or deleting what we hold

Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email info@apexdevco.com.au or call 0405 390 128. If you are unhappy with how we have handled something, tell us first and we will try to put it right. You can also raise it with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Changes to this policy

We update this page when what we do changes. The review date at the top tells you when it was last checked.
