Everything on this website is general information about what we do. Nothing on it is a quote, an offer, or a contract, and nothing here creates an obligation on either of us. Any work we do together is governed by the written contract we sign, not by this site.
Pricing is indicative
Any prices or ranges shown are indicative only, to give you a sense of scale before you call. Every job differs on access, ground conditions, engineering and scope. Real pricing is confirmed in writing after a site visit.
Timeframes are estimates
Where we describe how long something took or is likely to take, treat it as an estimate. Weather, approvals, engineering and trade availability all move dates, and we will tell you when they do.
Images
Some images on this site are illustrative rather than photographs of the specific job described alongside them. Where an image is a representation rather than a record of our own work, it is there to show the kind of outcome being discussed. Ask us and we will tell you which is which for any project you are interested in.
Licensing
NSW builder licence 465620C is held by Aeiden Yalda. Structural design and certification are carried out by appropriately qualified professionals engaged for the project. We build to that engineering; we do not certify our own structural design.
