There is no single number because every site is different. Pricing depends on scope, engineering, materials, labour and the site itself. The honest answer is: let's get a site visit and, where structural work is involved, an engineering assessment, and we will give you a real, itemised quote. What we will not do is quote over the phone and pretend it will hold.

It depends on the project. A bathroom renovation can run 4 to 8 weeks. A structural job like underpinning depends on what the soil and the existing structure reveal once work starts, our flagship underpinning case study was planned at 14 weeks and actually took 17, once additional soil movement, a supplier delay and an extra council certification request were factored in. We build in realistic contingency, not wishful dates, and we will explain why on any project of yours.
