Duplex Construction

A duplex has to satisfy requirements a single home does not: fire separation between the two dwellings, separate services, and a subdivision at the end if you are selling the two sides separately. We build to that compliance from the first slab, not as a fix at the end, and manage the subdivision paperwork alongside the construction program.

A structural job like underpinning depends on what the soil and the existing structure reveal once work starts, our flagship underpinning case study was planned at 14 weeks and actually took 17, once additional soil movement, a supplier delay and an extra council certification request were factored in. We build in realistic contingency, not wishful dates, and we will explain why on any project of yours.
